Wow! am I impressed! I got my Macbook AIr this week - no moving parts - pretty amazing. Spent a few days configuring it the way I like (e.g. single-touch click). Still exploring the interface. Totally wowed by how clean the interface is; and can get behind the scenes - I feel very comfortable with the unix side of things.

I have my development environment set up and it is slick - solid state hard drive really makes things fast! This was definitely a good investment!

Okay I will admit that I'm getting excited!  I finally have poured out some savings for a MacBook Air.  Since I like software development 'on-the-go', I chose the solid-state drive.  Looking forward to seeing how a long-time PC user will adapt.  I was so impressed by the iTouch, that I no doubt will fall in love with this.  And no moving parts to boot!
